EMI Services is hiring an HVAC Preventative Maintenance Helper to support mission-critical infrastructure at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The role performs preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment such as air handlers and VAV systems, including inspecting motors, pulleys, belts, fluid levels, filters, and other components; cleaning and lubricating machinery; removing defective parts; and repairing or replacing parts. The position offers $39.12 per hour in total compensation, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience or vocational training, a valid driver's license, and U.S. citizenship, and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
