Lincoln Tech is hiring an HVAC Program Lab Assistant in New Britain, Connecticut. The role supports HVAC faculty and students in a laboratory environment by setting up and maintaining HVAC systems, equipment, tools, and supplies; monitoring safety; troubleshooting equipment; and providing technical guidance during hands-on exercises. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA refrigerant-handling certification, knowledge of mechanical and electrical HVAC systems, basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. Full-time, part-time, and substitute schedules are available, with full-time work scheduled Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
