Description
The employer is seeking a full-time HVAC project manager to prepare, coordinate, and follow up on HVAC, heating, and sanitary installation projects from start-up through handover. The role covers project requests, technical preparation, budgets, supplier quotations, materials, plans and specifications, on-site planning, quality, safety, and budget monitoring, and coordination with technicians, site management, clients, suppliers, contractors, and engineering firms. Candidates need HVAC technical knowledge, the ability to interpret technical documents, strong organization and communication skills, and perfect Dutch; project management or cost estimation experience is advantageous. The position offers a 40-hour week, training, a company car, laptop and mobile phone, meal vouchers, and vacation days.
