The employer is hiring a Project Manager HVAC & Piping in Geel to lead large-scale projects throughout Belgium from preliminary study through final handover. The role covers technical management of HVAC, electricity, and piping; commercial quotations; supplier and subcontractor negotiation; project-team leadership; and client relationship management. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of project-management and overall-management experience, HVAC and piping expertise, familiarity with instrumentation, valves, P&ID, isometric drawings, and relevant standards, and perfect Dutch language skills.
