Description
The HVAC Punch-Out Technician performs final inspections, testing, repairs, adjustments, and documentation of HVAC systems before project completion. The role includes identifying deficiencies, balancing systems, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, maintaining punch-list records, and assisting with start-up and commissioning. Requirements include one year of residential HVAC installer experience, a valid driver's license and clean MVR, power-tool proficiency, physical ability to lift over 50 pounds, knowledge of HVAC systems and codes, blueprint-reading ability, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
