Kliewe GmbH is hiring an HVAC/R Construction Site Supervisor to manage HVAC/R or refrigeration construction projects from preparation through completion. The role coordinates trades, schedules, personnel, materials, equipment, quality, costs, documentation, change orders, and safety compliance, while leading fitters, helper fitters, and subcontractors. Applicants need completed vocational training in HVAC/R or building services, several years of relevant construction supervision or project execution experience, strong organizational and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a class B driver’s license.
