Description
The position provides journeyman-level HVAC and refrigeration operations and maintenance support for a medical treatment facility. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, environmental-control support, BAS/DDC troubleshooting, emergency response, and completion of maintenance documentation. The role requires at least three years of healthcare-facility HVAC/refrigeration maintenance experience, current New Jersey journeyperson status, an approved HVAC qualification, EPA Section 608 certification, OEM qualification for BAS/DDC systems, and the ability to work in occupied healthcare environments and perform after-hours or on-call support.
