Description
The role provides journeyman-level HVAC and refrigeration operations and maintenance support for a medical treatment facility. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, environmental-control support, BAS/DDC troubleshooting, documentation, and emergency response for commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The position requires at least three years of healthcare-facility HVAC/refrigeration maintenance experience, relevant Massachusetts licenses and certifications, EPA Section 608 certification, OEM qualification for BAS/DDC work, and the ability to work in occupied healthcare environments and perform after-hours or on-call support.
