Description
S. Conley Sales is hiring an HVAC Sales Engineer to manage commercial HVAC projects from quote to close, develop technical solutions and bids, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams, and help customers select equipment and design systems. The role requires at least five years of commercial HVAC experience, strong HVAC knowledge, project-management and communication skills, and preferably a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Compensation is $80,000–$130,000 base plus commission, with health insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid training.
