LG Electronics is hiring an HVAC Sales Manager to manage assigned accounts, negotiate unitary HVAC equipment sales, identify projects, develop distribution and retail strategies, update sell-in and sell-out plans, conduct sales training in Lima and the provinces, coordinate marketing events, track dealer and retailer activities, and meet business-unit KPIs. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, three years of work experience including two years in HVAC, intermediate English and Excel/PowerPoint skills, basic SAP knowledge, and willingness to travel. It is an on-site position in San Isidro with statutory benefits and EPS 100% coverage.
