Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an HVAC Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of HVAC Comfort Consultants and drive residential sales performance. The role covers coaching, KPI monitoring, appointment support, customer escalations, sales forecasting, reporting, budgeting, P&L performance, and cross-functional collaboration with installation, service, dispatch, and operations. Candidates need at least five years of residential or in-home trade sales experience, proven team leadership, HVAC knowledge, strong sales and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes potential up to 200K plus incentive-based opportunities, with medical, vision, dental, HSA, and 401(k) benefits.
