Eco Home Solutions, Inc., DBA Crossville Heating and Cooling, Inc. is seeking HVAC Service Apprentices for an in-house four-week training program. Apprentices will work with experienced technicians to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; perform routine maintenance; follow safety protocols; and document work. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical and electrical knowledge, physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn. Familiarity with HVAC tools, problem-solving, communication, and computer literacy are preferred.
