Description
Rodenhiser is hiring an HVAC Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems installed by the company, evaluate and educate customers, explain replacement opportunities, troubleshoot heating, cooling, and plumbing issues, and maintain organized job sites and records. The role requires 1–3 years of field experience, HVAC preventive-maintenance capability, trade schooling or an apprenticeship card/license, an EPA universal certificate, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, gas, electrical, and safety standards. The expected base salary is $55,000–$80,000, with possible bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
