AVID Energy Solutions is hiring an HVAC Service Technician and Installer in Worcester, Massachusetts to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC, heat pump, boiler, hydronic, ventilation, and related systems for homeowners as part of energy-efficiency and utility-cost-saving work. The role requires strong hands-on HVAC experience, the ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory, and preferred credentials such as HVAC training or apprenticeship, sheet metal/EPA/plumbing licensing, and OSHA certification. Compensation is $75,000 to $120,000+ with uncapped commissions, hourly wages, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, PTO, and growth opportunities.
