Boehmer Heating & Cooling is hiring an HVAC Service Technician in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing inspections and preventative maintenance, upselling energy solutions and service agreements, maintaining service records, and collaborating with other technicians. The position requires EPA certification, at least three years of HVAC experience, an on-call schedule, a valid driver's license, physical ability to work in tight spaces, and legal authorization to work in the United States; NATE certification and Service Titan software knowledge are preferred. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour plus commissions, with medical insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, paid time off, training, and dispatch from home.
