Description
Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems. The role includes customer education, service and revenue goal achievement, documentation, truck and job-site maintenance, and mentoring apprentices. Candidates need at least three years of residential HVAC service experience, a valid driver's license, on-call availability, and strong HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration, and electrical troubleshooting knowledge; EPA certification and local code knowledge are preferred.
