Hoover is hiring a Residential Service HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect residential heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; educate homeowners; prepare estimates and documentation in ServiceTitan; and deliver customer-focused service. The role offers $28–$33 per hour, medical, dental, and vision insurance, ongoing training, a company vehicle, dispatch from home, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation. Applicants need at least three years of hands-on residential HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA certification is a plus.
