Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, boilers, and chillers. The role also includes inspections, preventative maintenance, customer communication, job documentation, safety compliance, and independent field work. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience, an HVAC Apprentice Card, EPA Certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical aptitude. The position offers up to $36 per hour plus commission, medical, vision, dental, HSA, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and ongoing training.
