Description
The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for supervising all hotel air-conditioning systems, performing emergency repairs and adjustments, handling trouble reports, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety, logkeeping, and service standards. The role requires HVAC or mechanical engineering education, 5–7 years of HVAC maintenance experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of chilled water, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, and package systems, CMMS maintenance planning, HVAC controls and BMS systems, troubleshooting, and hotel health, safety, and fire-life standards.
