The role combines hands-on HVAC, controls, and electrical maintenance with team leadership, client and project coordination, site inspections, fault-finding, quality assurance, safety compliance, and technician mentoring. Approximately 60% of the work is onsite and 40% is office-based. Applicants must be experienced and qualified HVAC Technicians with a full Class 1 Driver Licence, EST Licence, customer-service skills, physical fitness, and a commitment to health and safety.
