Description
The employer is seeking an experienced HVAC systems planner for an industrial project to develop concepts, perform technical planning and dimensioning, prepare tender documents, and coordinate utilities and supply systems. Responsibilities include data analysis, piping-route planning, AutoCAD and 3D modeling, clash detection, R&I diagrams, air-system planning, cost estimates, schedules, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and bid evaluation. The role requires several years of HVAC/MEP planning experience, AutoCAD and 3D modeling skills, tender-document preparation experience, knowledge of utilities, piping, and ventilation, and coordination with external specialists and structural engineers. The work location is Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
