Description
ESFM is hiring a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician in Aurora, Colorado, with online applications accepted. The role performs preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, diagnostics, emergency repairs, CMMS documentation, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, and related building systems. Applicants need at least three years of commercial HVAC experience, an accredited journeyman HVAC certification or equivalent experience, blueprint and schematic experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varying schedules including weekends and nights. The fixed pay rate is $42.00 per hour, and full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
