Description
Dussmann is hiring a part-time HVAC Technical Documentation Specialist in Frankfurt am Main to review and manage technical records, assess maintenance and inspection documentation, monitor HVAC and fire-protection systems, support maintenance planning, prepare vendor documentation, and transfer records into a CAFM system. The role requires an ongoing degree in a relevant technical field, knowledge of TGA planning or technical building management, analytical and Microsoft Excel skills, and good German; CAFM experience is a plus. The position starts immediately, is indefinite, and runs 20 hours per week Monday through Friday.
