Laars is hiring an Electrical Troubleshooting Technician to support contractors and customers with heating equipment issues. The role involves reading wiring diagrams, using multimeters and voltage or continuity measurements, diagnosing low- and line-voltage electrical problems, learning Laars boiler and water-heater systems, documenting findings, and collaborating with teammates. Candidates should have hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience, electrical safety habits, communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent; prior boiler experience is welcome but not required.
