Description

The HVAC Technician will install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems under the supervision of an HVAC Supervisor. Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various HVAC systems like air handlers, fan coil units, and chillers. The technician will also manage work orders, implement preventive maintenance programs, collaborate with other trades, provide customer service, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or a closely related field.

Working knowledge of gas-fired boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and related mechanical systems is preferred.
Experience using a computerized maintenance management system for maintenance planning, work order management an asset tracking is preferred.
