Description
The Commercial HVAC/R Technician will install, maintain, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems in new and existing buildings. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues, handling refrigerant leaks, responding to emergency failures, maintaining service records, and providing customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred, and at least five years of commercial HVAC/R service or installation experience, with travel to multiple job sites as needed.
