The role covers chiller plants, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, computer room air conditioners, and other HVAC equipment, including installation, repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, chemical analysis, monitoring, and technical analysis. It requires non-standard shifts, an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and an EPA Universal Certification.
