Description
Henry Ford College is hiring an HVAC Controls Technician to operate, diagnose, maintain, and monitor the college’s HVAC systems and building automation systems, including MATASYS. The role performs advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, emergency response, vendor oversight, and technical recommendations for Facilities Management. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, a Journeyman HVAC license, and at least five years of Journeyman-level HVAC experience. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with possible overtime, and includes medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
