HVAC Technician at Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority

The HVAC Technician will install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, building automation, and electrical systems for the Las Vegas Convention Center and its facilities. Responsibilities include working on remodels and capital projects, operating BMS controls, running copper and PVC piping, recovering and charging refrigerants, reading wiring diagrams, using electrical and mechanical testing tools, and maintaining CMMS records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of recent HVAC mechanic experience, an EPA license, a valid Nevada driver’s license, and the ability to obtain OSHA certification within 15 days; advanced HVAC certification and Maximo experience are preferred.
