Description
The HVAC Technician maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and supports preventive maintenance for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and air quality systems across a property. The role also performs basic electrical and plumbing work, installs and calibrates mechanical and piping systems, coordinates with vendors, monitors energy usage, follows safety and compliance procedures, and responds to guest maintenance requests. Candidates need HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical maintenance knowledge, problem-solving and teamwork skills, safety awareness, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
