Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician for its Otero County Processing Center in Chaparral, New Mexico. The role pays $29 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., with on-call support for emergency equipment breakdowns. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning maintenance and repair; preventive maintenance; tool inventory monitoring; and occasional assistance with plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training, three years of related maintenance experience, an HVAC certification license in New Mexico or Texas, successful completion of pre-service training, and a valid New Mexico or Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
