Description
The HVAC Repair and Maintenance Technician assembles, installs, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, adjusts, and maintains HVAC equipment, electrical wiring, refrigeration components, and related systems. The role includes preventive maintenance, blueprint interpretation, code compliance, parts inventory, UPS monitoring, and general facility maintenance, while requiring a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of HVAC repair or maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and an appropriate trade license. The expected hourly rate is $38–$43, with health, vision, dental, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
