Pearce is hiring Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC and cooling equipment at telecom shelters on cell-tower sites. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and responding to service and emergency calls, with extensive independent travel, occasional overnight work, and outdoor exposure. Candidates must be Level 2 or Universal EPA certified, have at least three years of HVAC maintenance experience, and reside within 60 miles of the Kingston, New York area. Compensation is $62,400–$110,000 annually, with additional bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
