Description
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting the hotel’s air-conditioning and HVAC systems. The role includes emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, safety checks, equipment diagnostics, log-sheet maintenance, and reporting faults to the supervisor. Applicants need at least 3–5 years of experience in the same role, technical manual and schematic reading ability, proficiency with HVAC tools, strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, and the physical ability to work in challenging environments.
