Description
The HVAC Technician will serve as the primary technician for site HVAC equipment, including air handlers and chillers, performing documented daily rounds in compliance with GDP and GMP. The role monitors EMS and Client systems, responds to alarms, manages emergent work through a CMMS, executes maintenance and condition-based maintenance, and oversees outside service providers during significant maintenance tasks and shutdowns. The position is based in Philadelphia, began on 2026-05-25, and ended on 2026-12-31, with alternating shifts and a requirement of 3 to 5 years of experience and trade school or equivalent military service.
