Spring Oak is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician to install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings. The role includes diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, replacing components, performing inspections, maintaining service records, complying with building codes and safety regulations, and communicating with customers. Candidates need prior HVAC or similar experience, knowledge of HVAC electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems, blueprint-reading ability, a valid driver’s license, and strong troubleshooting skills.
