The HVAC Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and operate commercial HVAC systems across various facilities in Latham, New York. The role requires at least five years of commercial HVAC experience, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, customer-service ability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation is $70,000–$110,000 annually plus sales incentive eligibility, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
