Description
The Utility Equipment Maintenance Engineer operates, maintains, services, adjusts, and repairs utility equipment such as compressors, pumps, boilers, blowers, refrigeration and heating units, ventilating equipment, cooling towers, and water-treating units. The role also covers pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, mechanical and electrical repairs, control-system adjustments, bench operations, and may direct other maintenance personnel. Applicants need three years of utility equipment operating-engineer experience, including one year installing and operating heating and air-conditioning equipment of 50 horsepower or more, and must be a U.S. person under ITAR.
