Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Equipment Engineer for its OMT (One Mega Taiwan) PEE (Process Equipment Engineering) team. The role focuses on establishing and improving process conditions and technology, upgrading process capability, reducing production costs, setting semiconductor equipment parameters, evaluating new equipment and materials, and performing abnormal analysis and improvement. The engineer will work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and may use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality. The position requires a current engineering or related degree, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration abilities, and basic process engineering knowledge; rotating day/night shifts are required.
