Description
The role leads the establishment, standardization, and continuous improvement of in-house hardware development methodology for Cockpit, ADAS, and Centralized Computing platforms. It owns engineering processes, design reviews, technical standards, toolchains, knowledge management, engineering metrics, and governance to enable scalable, high-quality hardware product development. The position requires a bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering discipline, fluent Chinese and English, and at least eight years of automotive electronics development experience, with experience in hardware design, architecture, validation, or engineering management.
