HARMAN is hiring a regular permanent HW Engineer focused on high-speed digital interfaces, RF integration, signal integrity, and EMC for automotive electronic hardware. The role covers schematic design, multi-layer PCB development, interface and RF integration, EMC analysis and testing, hardware verification, root-cause analysis, and engineering documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 2–3 years of electronic hardware development experience, and familiarity with ECAD, simulation, and automotive EMC tools. The position is hybrid in Bucharest, Romania, with most office-based work onsite three days per week, and offers an annual gross base salary of 202,500–297,000 lei.
