Description
Applied ABC is hiring a full-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based applied behavior analysis services for children in school, home, clinic, hybrid, in-home, and community-based settings. The BCBA will manage an active caseload, conduct standardized assessments, create individualized treatment and behavior support plans, supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, train parents and caregivers, analyze client data, respond to crises, and maintain compliant documentation. The role requires active BCBA certification, a relevant master's degree, an 8-hour supervision certificate, applicable state licensure, experience with autism and ABA assessments, and authorization to work in the United States.
