Capco is hiring a Hybrid Collateral Project Manager and Business Analyst in India for 12–25 years of experience. The role leads end-to-end Treasury and collateral product initiatives, manages IT integrations and Agile delivery, elicits and documents requirements, maps processes, supports UAT and implementation readiness, and ensures NFR and control frameworks are embedded. The position requires strong stakeholder management, communication, risk and issue management, and the ability to present complex information to senior management.
