The Freelance Firm is interviewing for a full-time Estate Planning Attorney to support a dynamic Coral Gables law firm. The role requires Florida bar admission, at least three years of relevant experience, and expertise in sophisticated trusts and estate planning, including drafting and filing estate and gift tax forms, administering trusts, preparing fiduciary accountings, and advising clients on trust documents and tax implications. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, compensation of up to $140,000 base plus quarterly bonuses and origination, and medical, dental, retirement, and profit-sharing benefits.
