The Lead Platform Engineer will support and evolve a digital platform by combining hands-on Java and Adobe Experience Manager development with technical leadership. Responsibilities include leading architecture and design decisions, managing delivery across multiple initiatives and teams, conducting design and code reviews, and ensuring platform reliability, performance, and modern engineering practices. The role requires extensive Java, AEM, cloud, microservices, web application, debugging, and build-tool experience, along with front-end framework knowledge.
