Description
Community Medical Services is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient medication-assisted treatment for patients recovering from opioid and other illicit substance use disorders. The role includes physical examinations, assessments, prescribing and managing methadone treatment plans, case management, clinical documentation, referrals, patient education, and collaboration with the Medical Director. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM in the clinic, with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM–10:00 AM on-call and remote Thursdays from 5:15 AM–1:15 PM.
