Description
NOV is hiring a Hydraulic Engineer to design and develop hydraulic solutions for cranes and lifting devices, including equipment modernization, dynamic-system simulation and control, assembly and testing documentation, supplier and customer technical support, testing support, and participation in testing. The role is based in the office in Molde or Trondheim and may involve national and international travel. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher education in hydraulics, mechatronics, cybernetics, or a similar field, with relevant experience potentially compensating for a lack of formal qualifications; engineering tools such as Eplan, AutoCAD, MATLAB, or SimulationX are advantageous, and English and communicative Norwegian are required.
