Description
HDR is hiring a Hydraulics EIT to support the design and analysis of transportation and water-resource infrastructure projects. The role involves drainage and stormwater design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain evaluations, roadway and bridge hydraulics, water-quality assessments, BIM/CADD plan production, permitting, technical reporting, and cost estimating under the direction of project engineers. A bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, water resources, or a related field and an EIT credential or ability to obtain it within six months are required; prior drainage-design experience and familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer are preferred.
