Description
EWEB is hiring a Hydroelectric Generation Supervisor to lead the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of the Leaburg-Walterville Hydroelectric Project. The role supervises plant technicians, operators, and support staff; oversees operations and maintenance activities, troubleshooting, emergency response, budgeting, regulatory compliance, risk management, and staff performance; and coordinates with engineering, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies. The position is onsite at the Leaburg-Walterville facility and requires eight years of progressively responsible experience, including five years in electric generating facility operations, maintenance, or capital improvement, plus four years of direct supervision, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
