Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Hydro Mechanical Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for large-scale hydromechanical systems used in testing naval ship components at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division Memphis Detachment. The role involves designing and troubleshooting electromechanical systems, maintaining equipment and plumbing, operating test facilities, preparing test rigs, and supporting occasional second- or third-shift work. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least three years of relevant hands-on experience, fluid dynamics and mechanical design expertise, CAD and FEA proficiency, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
